Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Technician at Medicke GmbH in Glauchau, you will serve as a vital member of a 6-person IT team, acting as the primary point of contact for internal staff. Required Skills

Experience

- Proven ability to handle technical troubleshooting and incident documentation
- Experience in supporting IT project implementation and system maintenance
