Job Summary
As a Facility Manager at SL Intensive Care BW GmbH, you will play a vital role in maintaining the technical infrastructure of our intensive care facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the seamless operation of electrical, heating, plumbing, and ventilation systems, conducting independent maintenance and repairs, and coordinating external service providers. You will oversee building safety, fire protection, and hygiene standards while managing technical documentation and logs. Furthermore, you will handle logistical tasks, including driving between locations to transport equipment and supplies. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an electrical or building services field (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrician, or equivalent).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, building services, or a related technical field
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and inspection of technical building systems
- Experience in health or social care facility operations is considered an advantage
- Experience with electrical testing regulations (DGUV V3 / BGV A3) is a plus
