Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician in Second Level Support, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for end-users. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, maintenance, and management of client hardware, as well as the installation and updating of operating systems and software. You will provide essential on-site support, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform individual configurations to meet specific user needs. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT-related vocational qualification and possesses practical experience in onsite or IT support. Proficiency in both hardware and software environments is required. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a permanent, full-time role with the option for direct hire, 30 days of annual leave, and a structured onboarding process in a supportive team environment.

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.
