Job Summary

The City of Neumünster is seeking a part-time Organizational Development Officer to join their Human Resources and Organization department. This role involves actively shaping the future organizational structure and processes of a diverse municipal administration. The successful candidate will provide organizational consulting to various departments, supporting them in organizational development, process optimization, and complex digitalization projects. Key responsibilities include managing external organizational studies, moderating change processes, and creating organizational charts. Additionally, the role involves independent processing of job evaluations and requirement profiles, managing the staffing plan, and developing internal regulations. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply expertise in organization, structural planning, and job evaluation within a pivotal interface function, contributing significantly to the city's future readiness.

Required Skills

Education

Qualification for career group 2, first entry-level in General Services, or comparable employees with Angestelltenprüfung II; alternatively, a successful university degree in Economics or Business Psychology.

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within municipal administration or comparable organizational structures
  • Experience in various operational areas
  • Experience in project steering and moderation
