Job Summary
The Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office Stuttgart (CVUA Stuttgart) is seeking a Chemical-Technical Assistant to join their Chemistry Department, specifically within the Pesticides section. This role involves the preparation and analysis of food samples for contaminants and residues using diverse analytical methods, including operating and maintaining measurement devices. The successful candidate will also be responsible for sample management, laboratory organization, and implementing quality management guidelines. A key aspect of the role includes supporting participants in training and workshops conducted in English and contributing to the European Reference Laboratory (EURL) Datapool, also in English. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to food safety and consumer protection within a European project, offering a dynamic and collaborative laboratory environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA) or equivalent qualification.
