Job Summary

As a Test and Verification Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless communication of military systems, specifically focusing on digital data transmission and directional radio systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating and implementing verification concepts, analyzing system requirements, and coordinating complex test plans across segments and system levels. You will bridge the gap between development teams and the field, conducting tests, managing subcontractor performance, and overseeing system qualifications, including environmental and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing. Success in this role requires a strong technical background in engineering and a proactive approach to monitoring product quality and performance metrics. You will report development results in project meetings and collaborate cross-functionally across multiple sites.
