Job Summary
This role is for a proactive Technical Customer Service Engineer who will serve as the primary technical contact for clients, offering expert advice on all application-related inquiries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in qualifying new products and securing new clients, working collaboratively within a Key Account Team to achieve strategic goals related to recycling, growth, and market changes. This position requires close cooperation with product development, series production, and new product teams, ensuring customer-specific requirements are translated into internal specifications. The role also involves leading the coordination of customer complaints using the 8D method. Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving in a customer-facing environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree (Diploma, Master, Bachelor) in Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience
- • Initial professional experience in application engineering, technical customer support, or technical sales is preferred.
