Job Summary

As a 2nd-Level Support Electronics Technician at INTILION AG, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability of advanced battery storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing and resolving complex technical malfunctions, both remotely through diagnostic software and directly on-site when necessary. You will act as a key interface between customers, installers, and the internal Field Service, Product Management, and Development teams. A significant part of your role includes maintaining technical documentation and contributing to the company's knowledge base to drive continuous product improvement. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Mechatronics Technician) with additional qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical support or field service for electronic systems
  • Experience working with diagnostic software and technical analysis tools
  • Experience utilizing ticket systems and CRM software for incident management
  • Professional experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and field service
