Job Summary
This role is for a proactive and communicative IT Specialist in System Integration to join the IT Services team within the IT and Administrative Digitalization department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring permanent system availability and smooth operational flow of infrastructure components. Key responsibilities include administering, optimizing, and managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, monitoring Citrix infrastructure, and supporting updates and upgrades. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable technical study, OR completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration. ITIL v4 certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months. Citrix vendor certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months. TOGAF Standard certification is a plus.
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience
- Professional experience as a System Integrator or System Administrator
- Expertise in installation, configuration, and monitoring of server and client operating systems
- Expertise in server, desktop, and application virtualization
- Basic knowledge in IT Service Management

- Valid Class B, BE, or Class 3 driver's license required. Willingness to work part-time (19.5 hours/week).
