Job Summary

This role involves managing and coordinating comprehensive physical security and emergency response protocols for a major corporate campus and associated sites. The Security Manager is central to defining and monitoring critical control points, including access control, perimeter security, and video surveillance systems, ensuring the protection of production areas. You will be responsible for the continuous development and implementation of security concepts, leading security-related projects such as risk analyses and protective concepts, and managing external security service providers. A key component of the role is leading the local team of porters, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all security matters, and driving employee awareness campaigns (e.g., Clean-Desk Policy). Success requires a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, substantial professional experience in a comparable capacity within a large organization, and strong proficiency in both German and English, offering a challenging position within a globally recognized brand.
