Job Summary

As an Application and Support Specialist, you will be the primary technical consultant and problem-solver for German and international clients, providing support via phone, email, remote access, and on-site visits. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include commissioning regulator and SCADA systems, diagnosing complex issues, and developing effective solutions. You'll also contribute to the release process of hardware and software products and share valuable customer insights with product management to drive portfolio development. Furthermore, you will leverage your expertise to conduct training sessions for clients and sales partners, ensuring the market success of your product group. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, eager to contribute to an agile team and engage in international collaboration.

Required Skills

Education

Technician or Engineer qualification with focus on Communications, Energy, Electrical/Automation Technology, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical consulting and customer support
  • Experience with error diagnosis and solution development
  • Experience in conducting customer and partner trainings
  • Affinity for programming and network/communication technology
