Job Summary

As a Part-Time Pharma Compliance Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory adherence within the pharmaceutical and life science sectors. Your daily responsibilities will include processing and coordinating deviations, Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to purification and formulation processes. You will actively participate in cross-departmental compliance projects, serve as a key contact for GMP, bioburden, and monitoring topics, and contribute to risk assessments. This role involves close collaboration with operations management, IPC laboratories, and quality units, as well as supporting audits, inspections, and customer meetings by preparing compliance-related documentation in both German and English.
