Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Media Technician to join a team focused on connecting people and technologies for various clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating installation projects, including managing external companies. A key part of the role involves implementing and supporting video and audio conferencing systems directly at client sites, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs. Additionally, the Media Technician will advise on AVN solutions, develop training concepts, maintain internal systems, and monitor technical trends. This position also supports the sales team with technical inquiries, making it a dynamic and client-facing technical role.
