As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues directly at the customer's location. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and configuring workstations, managing Microsoft Teams telephony, and maintaining various hardware components and media technology. You will also be responsible for asset management and warehouse logistics for client hardware. This role requires a hands-on professional who can analyze and resolve technical disruptions efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, specifically in hardware and user support
  • Experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining standard IT hardware and peripherals
  • Experience in asset management and inventory control for IT equipment
  • Proven track record in a customer-oriented service environment
