Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive onsite technical support for a leading European IT service provider at their client site, the German Aerospace Center (DLR). As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client hardware, including installation, configuration, and rollouts. Your daily activities will include troubleshooting Windows client environments, managing user support tickets, and maintaining asset data. Beyond standard desktop support, you will play a key role in network projects by setting up and expanding network components, as well as configuring peripherals like printers and scanners.
