Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance at a major IT service provider's location near Potsdamer Platz. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, setting up and dismantling workstations, and providing hands-on hardware support. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and resetting notebooks, managing meeting room technology, and resolving user issues reported via a ticketing system. The role requires working in shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in onsite IT support and user assistance
  • Practical experience using IT ticketing systems for incident management
  • Demonstrated experience with standard IT hardware installation and configuration
  • Experience working in a customer-facing service environment
