Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational maintenance and logistical support of the facility. Your primary duties include operating forklifts for waste disposal tasks, overseeing waste separation, and supporting external service providers. You will perform minor repairs and maintenance on buildings and technical equipment, including basic plumbing troubleshooting. Additionally, you will coordinate internal moves, handle logistics, and monitor the quality of cleaning, landscaping, and winter services. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys a variety of physical tasks and takes pride in maintaining a safe, functional environment. The role offers the stability of a permanent, full-time contract and the opportunity to work independently across various technical areas such as building services and facility maintenance.

Required Skills

Education

Valid forklift license (Staplerschein) and technical background in sanitary, building, or house technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in facility management, maintenance, or caretaker services
  • Experience in the safe and responsible operation of industrial trucks/forklifts
  • Practical experience in manual crafts and technical building maintenance
  • Experience performing minor repairs and basic plumbing tasks
  • Experience working according to safety regulations and protocols
