Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational maintenance and logistical support of the facility. Your primary duties include operating forklifts for waste disposal tasks, overseeing waste separation, and supporting external service providers. You will perform minor repairs and maintenance on buildings and technical equipment, including basic plumbing troubleshooting. Additionally, you will coordinate internal moves, handle logistics, and monitor the quality of cleaning, landscaping, and winter services.
