Job Summary
This part-time role based in Karlsruhe involves working with advanced gas analysis systems and FTIR technology to support environmental monitoring and industrial safety. As a Laboratory Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include recording calibration spectra using various gases and solvents, testing and calibrating both new and serviced customer devices, and issuing official calibration certificates. You will also be responsible for managing laboratory logistics, such as procuring chemicals and gases, and ensuring that analytical equipment is regularly maintained. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience as a Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA) or in a comparable technical laboratory role
- Experience in recording calibration spectra from gases and solvents
- Experience in the calibration and testing of analytical measurement devices
- Experience in laboratory documentation and certificate generation
- Experience in procurement of laboratory consumables and chemicals
