Job Summary

As the Team Lead for IT Infrastructure Shared Services, you will oversee the technical and disciplinary management of a four-person team, including the coordination of external service providers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the stable operation, security, and continuous development of central IT services such as server systems, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, and backup solutions. You will play a pivotal role in transitioning toward cloud-based services and automation while ensuring all projects meet strict deadlines. Beyond technical oversight, you will support departmental leadership in budget planning and enforce ITIL processes across incident, change, and problem management.
