Job Summary

As a Senior Staff Product Definition Engineer within the Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and cutting-edge semiconductor innovation. You will focus on high-voltage industrial and consumer discrete power semiconductors, specifically next-generation wide-bandgap devices like Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs and Silicon Superjunction MOSFETs. Your day-to-day involves defining product requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to R&D and global customers. You will lead product-to-system validation by designing hardware setups, executing application tests, and performing competitive benchmarking. This role is unique for its direct impact on 'Powering AI' infrastructure, including AI server rack power supplies and battery backup systems. It offers a high-visibility platform to influence product roadmaps and drive the development of high-power-density systems in a global, matrixed environment.
