Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital readiness of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by providing essential IT support at international locations. Following an extensive induction period in Germany, you will be deployed on a long-term assignment (12 or 24 months) to Illkirch-Graffenstaden, France. Your daily responsibilities will include performing on-site incident management and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks, as well as installing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software. You will also be responsible for the administration of IT infrastructure, including network and server environments, while providing 1st and 2nd level support to users. This position is uniquely attractive as it offers a comprehensive relocation package, including covered rent and moving costs, while allowing you to contribute directly to national security within a complex, large-scale IT environment.
