Job Summary

This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, management, and continuous improvement of SAP Access Management processes across the entire REWE Group. As the Process Owner, you will translate high-level IT process requirements into SAP-specific workflows, roles, and tool implementations (such as SAP GRC Access Control) to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency. Day-to-day, you will define process designs for Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows, manage emergency access, and oversee role-based authorization models for ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori. You will act as a central interface between technical experts, business departments, and auditors, ensuring that all processes are audit-proof and free of 'special paths.'
