Job Summary

As an IT Service Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's IT service infrastructure, from its initial setup to ongoing operations and strategic development, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role involves crafting policies and service models to guarantee stable and future-proof IT services, contributing strategically to service architecture and infrastructure planning. You will also participate in crucial contract negotiations, such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and guide service design teams. A key part of your role will be to identify and implement innovative solutions for continuous service improvement. This position requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure and security, and excellent communication skills, offering a chance to drive IT innovation within a stable, family-owned company.
