As an IT Service Technician in Second Level Support, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client hardware and software environments in Neckarsulm. Your daily tasks involve setting up, maintaining, and managing client hardware, installing and updating operating systems, and providing essential onsite service for end users. You will act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, resolving technical disruptions, and performing individual configurations as required.
