As a Construction Manager in Railway Construction, you will take full operational responsibility for demanding infrastructure projects across Germany. Your day-to-day involves leading site operations, managing teams of 5 to 10 employees, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will oversee logistical processes, manage interfaces with clients and supervisors, and ensure strict adherence to environmental and safety regulations. This role is ideal for a mobile professional comfortable with a 10/4 rotation model (10 days on, 4 days off) and night/weekend shifts.
