As the Technical Lead for BI & Operations at JUNGLÜCK, you will spearhead a strategic 'automation-first' transformation to eliminate 60% of manual tasks within 18 months. This high-impact role involves building a custom, in-house tech unit that moves away from third-party software dependencies toward a proprietary, scalable architecture. Day-to-day, you will architect a 'Single Source of Truth' for data analytics, implement predictive modeling, and orchestrate complex business logic via automation platforms. You will also lead the development of a server-side tracking infrastructure and a custom backend using Supabase. This position is ideal for a 'builder' who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and operations. It offers the unique opportunity to design a tech stack from scratch without legacy constraints, directly influencing the company's efficiency and scalability through AI empowerment and robust product engineering.
