As a (Senior) Consultant for Observability, you will act as a strategic advisor to clients, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of monitoring solutions. Your daily responsibilities include managing Digital Experience Monitoring and Network Monitoring using tools like ThousandEyes across hybrid IT landscapes, including On-Prem, AWS, and Azure. You will analyze network and application data to identify performance bottlenecks, lead troubleshooting efforts, and create transparent dashboards and reports. Beyond technical execution, you will conduct workshops, support pre-sales activities by demonstrating the value of observability tools, and mentor others.
