As the Head of Electrical Engineering, you will lead the technical, disciplinary, and strategic direction of the electrical design department for a pioneering robotics company. You will manage a team of experienced professionals and report directly to the CTO, taking full responsibility for the electrotechnical evolution of the product portfolio. Your day-to-day involves interdisciplinary collaboration with software, embedded, and project management teams to ensure all developments meet international standards such as the Machinery Directive and UL 508A. You will oversee customer projects from planning through certification, supporting production and service teams during assembly and integration.
