Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the laboratory operations at one of Europe's most complex refineries. As the Head of Laboratory, you will lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team of laboratory technicians and a team leader to ensure high-quality analytical results and efficient workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing product releases, handling complaints, and acting as the central Product Quality Focal Point (PQ-FP). You will also manage an annual budget of approximately €2 million, oversee HSE tasks—including serving as a Laser Safety Officer—and represent the company in professional committees such as DGMK and DIN-FAM.
