Job Summary

As a CAE Analysis Engineer at Tesla in Berlin, you will be instrumental in developing next-generation vehicle products by ensuring structural integrity and occupant safety. Your daily responsibilities involve developing complex finite element models, performing linear and nonlinear analyses on vehicle subsystems, and conducting simulations for crash scenarios such as frontal impact, side impact, and roof strength. You will collaborate closely with Vehicle and Test Engineering teams to correlate simulation models with real-world test results and optimize the performance of bodies, batteries, and chassis systems. This role is unique for its high-impact nature within a world-class engineering environment, allowing you to challenge established CAE methods and directly influence design direction. The position requires a brilliant technical mind capable of delivering results under tight constraints while maintaining a self-motivated and organized approach to complex structural problems.
