Job Summary
This role involves managing the IT infrastructure and coordinating digital projects for the Registry, Legal, and Public Order Office in Mainz. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for system administration, software maintenance, data security, and statistical evaluations for specialized administrative programs. You will act as a key liaison for various IT interfaces, handle hardware procurement, and design and deliver user training sessions. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of technical system support and organizational coordination within a public sector environment. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in managing and maintaining specialized software systems
- Experience in coordinating IT projects and hardware procurement
- Proven ability in organizational management and service-oriented workflows
- Experience in conducting technical training or workshops is preferred
