Job Summary

This role at the University of Potsdam’s Center for IT and Media Management (ZIM) involves leading the coordination and implementation of AI technologies across educational and administrative sectors. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of AI pilot projects, from initial requirements analysis to technical-didactic design and implementation. You will facilitate project meetings, engage with diverse stakeholders, and document project milestones. A significant portion of the role focuses on designing and leading hands-on workshops that explore the opportunities and limitations of AI, specifically focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generation (NLG). You will provide expert consulting to faculty and administrative staff on ethical, legal (AI Act), and data protection considerations. Required Skills
