As a Facility Management Team Lead for HausWart Plus, you will oversee the operational management of residential quarters within the Gewobag group. Your daily responsibilities involve leading and developing a team of approximately 20 field staff, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and managing personnel schedules. You will be a key driver of digitalization by implementing and optimizing the 'Hausmanager App' to increase efficiency. The role focuses heavily on maintaining property safety, cleanliness, and order, which includes conducting traffic safety inspections and coordinating apartment handovers or emergencies. You will act as a vital interface between various departments and tenants, participating in community meetings and district tours. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in real estate management (Wohnungswirtschaft) or a technical field relevant to facility management.
Experience
- Professional experience in personnel leadership and development for teams of approximately 20 employees
- Experience in operational facility management or property management
- Proven track record in personnel planning, including scheduling and vacation management
- Experience with digital tools and process optimization within a technical or facility environment
- Experience in quality assurance and reporting for property maintenance services
- Professional background in the housing or real estate industry
