Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of IT infrastructure for a major client in the aerospace sector (DLR). Your daily activities will include the installation, configuration, and rollout of client hardware, alongside performing technical functional tests. You will act as a primary point of contact for users, handling service requests and troubleshooting issues within Windows environments. Beyond standard desktop support, you will play a key role in network projects, involving the assembly, disassembly, and expansion of network components, as well as the configuration of peripherals like printers and scanners.
