This role involves providing critical IT support for a leading German IT service provider across various client locations in the greater Berlin area. As an Onsite Support Technician, your day-to-day will focus on ensuring smooth IT operations by setting up and configuring workstations, troubleshooting hardware issues, and providing both 1st and 2nd level support. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology, while also managing equipment inventory and documenting activities in a ticket system. This position is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of technical hands-on work and direct customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in customer service and user support
  • Practical experience in handling standard IT hardware and peripherals
  • Experience in documenting technical issues within a ticketing environment
  • Experience in workstation setup and configuration

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid driver's license for passenger cars (Class B) is required for field service in the Berlin area. Must be willing to travel to various client sites within the region.
