As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues at the client's location. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and configuring workstations, managing Teams telephony, and maintaining various hardware and media technology. You will also take ownership of asset management and warehouse administration for client hardware, ensuring all equipment is tracked and functional. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys direct customer interaction and hands-on technical troubleshooting. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronic Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in hardware support and user assistance
  • Proven experience in configuring and maintaining standard hardware including desktops, notebooks, and peripherals
  • Experience in onsite technical troubleshooting and problem analysis
  • Background in managing IT assets and warehouse logistics

  • Valid Class B driver's license is required. Must be willing to work 40 hours per week in a full-time, permanent capacity.
