Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Electrical Systems at Balance Engineering GmbH, you will take independent responsibility for the leadership and execution of electrical engineering projects across various sectors, including power supply, lighting, security technology, and measurement and control (MSR). You will manage all project phases from conceptual design through to final acceptance (HOAI phases 1-9), ensuring strict adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards. This role involves leading internal teams, coordinating external specialist planners and subcontractors, and overseeing the technical review of tenders and site installations. Required Skills

- Extensive experience in project and team management, including disciplinary leadership of project teams
- Proven experience in public construction projects and the application of HOAI service phases 1-9
- Demonstrated expertise in technical review of offers and subcontractor management
