As an On-Site Support Operator at Autobahn GmbH, you will be the primary point of contact for IT users at the branch and its field offices. Your daily responsibilities involve providing comprehensive 1st-level support, managing tickets via phone and email, and performing physical hardware installations and software configurations. You will also manage mobile devices, conduct user training, and maintain critical IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and backup systems.   • Experience in collaborating with external 2nd-level support providers
  • Experience in hardware and software rollouts is preferred
