As an IT Telecommunications Technician based in Berlin, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installation, configuration, and commissioning of IP telephone systems and telecommunications infrastructure. Your daily activities will include managing VoIP environments, SIP trunks, and gateway solutions, while ensuring the smooth operation of data and voice networks (LAN, WAN, VLAN). You will also integrate conference solutions and alarm servers, performing critical troubleshooting and technical support both remotely and on-site.
