This role involves joining a highly motivated inside sales team in Salzburg, where you will be responsible for the technical consultation and sale of electrical installation materials. Following a comprehensive onboarding phase to learn the product portfolio, your daily activities will include answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, processing orders, and collaborating closely with the field sales team. You will create quotes, manage system pricing, and support customers using the webshop while tracking backlogs.
