Job Summary
As the Head of Maintenance for Auer Lighting GmbH, you will take full responsibility for the technical availability of production systems in a demanding industrial environment specializing in high-tech glass solutions. Leading a team of approximately 30 employees, your daily activities will involve the strategic development of maintenance operations, ensuring high plant reliability, and overseeing budgeting and planning for all repair measures. You will also spearhead investment and optimization projects, providing technical guidance for the construction or modification of production facilities. This role is ideal for a leader who combines a structured, solution-oriented approach with a 'hands-on' mentality. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance within a manufacturing company

- Experience in managing investment and optimization projects for production plants
