Job Summary

As a Scrum Master in Radio Technology, you will be instrumental in guiding agile teams through all phases of development, from daily stand-ups to sprint reviews and retrospectives. Your core responsibilities include coaching teams on agile principles, ensuring clear Definitions of Done (DoD) and Ready (DoR), and proactively removing impediments to progress. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and refine user stories, while also identifying dependencies and ensuring sprint goals are met. This role requires coordination with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Scrum Masters within a SAFe environment, making it ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of agile methodologies, particularly in web and CMS projects.
