This role is for a motivated Customer Support Engineer to join the team supporting Airbus Secure Land Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, installation, and maintenance of virtual and physical Linux servers, including HP Synergy, Blade Center, Proliant, and 3PAR-Storage. Key responsibilities also include 2nd level incident management for RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS systems, complex fault analysis, problem management, and contributions to operational release, change, and configuration management. The position requires strong technical skills in networking, TCP/IP, switching, and routing, along with experience in firewall systems. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification; or completed vocational training

Experience

  • Professional experience as an IT Specialist, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or IT Systems Salesperson
  • Experience with HP HP-Synergy, HP Blade Center, HP Proliant, and HP 3PAR-Storage
  • Experience in server environments (RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS)
