Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or University Diploma in Administrative Sciences, Humanities, or Social Sciences; or completion of the advancement process for the higher non-technical or linguistic/cultural administrative service.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Policy Advisor or in a similar governmental role
  • Several years of professional experience in the subject areas of displaced persons and ethnic German resettlers
  • Proven experience in drafting speeches, press releases, and official statements
  • Experience in high-level executive support or management staff roles is preferred
  • Experience in systematic processing and prioritization of complex subject matters
