As a Supportability & Service Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring the availability and maintainability of avionics equipment and systems for both civil and military aviation. Your daily tasks will involve managing customer relationships, fulfilling contractual obligations, and achieving key performance indicators through effective measures. You will define support requirements for specialist departments, coordinate interdisciplinary teams to enhance product reliability, and provide solutions and technical documentation to maintenance operations. This role demands a proactive individual with strong project management and leadership skills, ready to contribute to a leading European defense company and engage in exciting national and international projects. Occasional business trips are expected.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience in reliability analysis, lifecycle calculations, FMECA, and LSA
- Several years of experience in project management
- Professional experience in customer support
- Several years of experience in leading technical teams
