Job Summary

This role within the City of Münster's Office for Green Spaces, Environment, and Sustainability focuses on managing water rights and construction-related dewatering processes. As a technical caseworker for the lower water authority, you will be responsible for conducting legal permit procedures for groundwater and surface water usage. Your day-to-day tasks include evaluating building applications for water management requirements, providing expert technical statements, and performing on-site monitoring of construction sites to ensure compliance with pumping volume limits. The position is part-time (19.5 hours per week) and initially fixed-term until the end of 2027, with a strong prospect of permanent employment. Required Skills

Education
