Job Summary
This role involves supporting departments in filling vacancies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, particularly Article 33 (2) of the Basic Law. Key responsibilities include drafting and publishing appealing job advertisements on relevant portals, reviewing applications, and coordinating selection processes with departments. The Recruiter will also assist with employer branding by creating and publishing content on social media and participating in personnel marketing projects and events. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology, or a comparable degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in human resources or ideally in recruiting
- Experience with applicant management systems (ideally)
- Experience in using social media for job postings
Languages
Additional
- Class B driving license required. Knowledge of public service collective bargaining law (TVöD), LPVG, SGB IX, AGG, LGG NW, and related legal areas is ideal. This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years.
