Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be the go-to person for resolving hardware issues and installing software directly at client sites in Frankfurt and Offenbach. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting up, relocating, and dismantling IT workstations, analyzing and troubleshooting IT disruptions, and providing user training on new software and hardware. You'll also be responsible for detailed documentation of all work processes within a ticketing system and handling network tasks like patching. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in IT, excellent knowledge of MS Windows and Office, and experience in onsite support.
