Job Summary

This management role focuses on comprehensive physical security and emergency management across the Kilchberg campus and related sites for a major international confectionery company. You will be responsible for coordinating emergency response, defining and monitoring critical control points, including access control, perimeter protection, and video surveillance. A core function involves continuously developing and implementing robust security concepts and managing related projects, such as risk analyses and protective measures. You will select and oversee external security service providers while coordinating the internal emergency organization and relevant authorities. Additionally, you will lead the on-site porter team and serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all security matters at the location. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor-level qualification in security management and possesses several years of relevant experience, ideally complemented by a technical or IT background, along with expertise in project and risk management.
