Job Summary
This role is for a Group Lead in Processes and Standards within the Project Management Office (PMO), focusing on the shipbuilding and maritime industries. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for defining and developing generic project processes and standards, including change, supplier, and document management. This involves disciplinary and technical leadership, overseeing personnel-related tasks like onboarding and role definitions, and ensuring alignment with project needs. A key aspect of the role is to drive the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools, providing support to project teams for tailoring processes to specific requirements. The position also involves contributing to early warning indicators and KPIs, ensuring robust project execution and strategic oversight.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Economics, (Business) Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in team leadership or coordination
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the shipbuilding industry, maritime industry, and/or with public clients
- Experience in creating, implementing, and harmonizing project manuals and templates
